This locking mechanism is of unique design upon closing of gate, the locking bolt mounted on the leading edge of gate, enters the stationary lock housing mounted on the gate post. This causes automatic snap-lock action and secures gate in lock position. When opening devices are activated, gate operator is energized and a solenoid plunger simultaneously releases the locking bolt, thereby permitting the gate to open. A key switch is provided to release locking mechanism manually in the event of power failure.

The Doorlec gate lock is shipped as shown above. However, a mounting bracket must be fabricated to suit your gate post dimension. Specify diameter of stationary post when ordering.
